How can I start using IMDSS?: You can start by having your company create an account and purchase licenses. It's best to let one person at your organization purchase the IMDSS licenses and manage them from the web portal.
I've never used IMDSS before, what's the best way to learn?: Please use the User's Manual, or use the Contact form to set up a training session with the IMDSS staff.
Is there a way to share information with other organizations during an incident?: Yes. Your organizational admin (the account that purchased the licenses) can setup sharing agreements with other organizations. See the forums for more information.
